Are there any charges for returns?

Yes. All returns and exchanges are subject to a charge of ₹100.



What items are not returnable?

  • General Rules

    • Returns and exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

    • All returns and exchanges are chargeable at ₹100.

    • Items purchased in packs/bundles are not eligible for return. They are eligible for size exchange only, with a charge of ₹100.

  • Items on Sale

    • No returns or exchanges on sale items (except clothing).

    • Clothing purchased on sale can only be exchanged for a different size in the same item or for another clothing item in the same category.

    • Any price difference must be borne by the customer. A ₹100 shipping charge will apply.

    • No refunds will be provided for sale items.



How many times can I request a return/exchange?

You can avail a return or exchange only once per order.



Why might my return be rejected?

Your return may be rejected if:

  • The item is not sent back in its original packaging and perfect condition.

  • The item has been used, worn, or is in poor condition.

In such cases, no refund or exchange will be provided.



Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected by us.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original source of payment.

  • If you receive an SMS or email notification that your order has been delivered but you have not actually received it, please contact us within 24 hours.

Self-Shipping of Returns

  • In case your PIN code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, please self-ship the product(s) to the following address:

  • Please ensure:

    • Items are securely packed to prevent loss/damage in transit.

    • The Order ID and registered mobile number are clearly mentioned on the package.

    • Items must be unused, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process your refund along with the self-shipping charge (up to ₹100).



Please Note

  • We request you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-returns, as they are unreliable.

  • Ensure your courier cost does not exceed ₹100.

  • We recommend using India Post – Speed Post, as it is reliable and widely distributed across India.
